This is a solar window screen installation that we did in January of 2016. When stalled solar window screens on all the windows of the home. We used the chocolate solar window screen fabric and brown frame. For the left and back side of the home we used the 90% solar screen fabric and we used the 80% solar window screen fabric for all the rest of the windows of the home.. The installed cost for this entire project was it $1,152.
Twenty Solar Window Screen Austin TX Project 012016
That chocolate fabric looks outstanding up against the exterior colors of this home. That chocolate Fabric and a brown solar window screen frame just look beautiful in contrast to the exterior colors of this home.
This home owner chose to not leave a single window uncovered. The homeowner put solar window screens on every window of this house, a remarkable and beautiful solar window screen Austin TX project.
You can tell by looking at this picture, you’ll see the bay windows, that’s a triple set of Windows over the garage. There you can tell that these solar window screens are 80%. That we used the 80% fabric for the front windows. I say this because you can see the grid work of the window really well and you can see the homeowners white blinds behind the grid work. When it comes to the 80% solar window screen fabric from the outside of the home, you can see about a foot to two feet past the fabric. Any farther than that and your eyes can’t see anything.
This is the left side of the home where we put the 90% fabric. This picture was taken when the West afternoon sun was beating down directly onto these windows. That West afternoon sun is to the West which is to the left of this picture. See how dark that 90% fabric is, it’s providing a good amount of shade. Now, don’t be worried about 90% solar window screen fabric providing much shade, when you have this much sun you will be shocked at how much light comes through that fabric. If you put 90% fabric on Windows underneath a patio whereby you’re getting less than 4 hours of direct sun, it will make it dark inside, therefore I recommend to use the 80% fabric for those windows.
Look how great these 90% Solar window Screens look !

Here on the left side of the home, we built our solar window screens out of the 90% fabric. They’re for Windows on the left side of the home that we put screens on all of the windows.
This is the back of the home where we used the 90% fabric. You can see that this picture was taken around 3 in the afternoon. You can tell by the shadowing there from the roof line. This side of the home gets pounded by that afternoon hot sun, therefore this side of the home correctly so, warranted, and received, the 90% solar window screen fabric.

Here on the backside of the home we put a solar window screen on all of the windows and we made the solar window screens out of our 90% solar window screen fabric.
